General information

“Fastronom” CO created this “Information Privacy Document” as an approval of the fact that “Fastronom” CO ensures privacy of the Client data. By accepting requirements and conditions, provided by this Information Privacy Document, Client agrees to “Fastronom” CO right to use and disclose his private data in accordance with Information Privacy Document. This Information Privacy Document is intended only for this web-site.

Acquisition and use of the private data

In order to register eh Client in the network and provide unique “Fastronom” registration number (“Fastronom” ID), “Fastronom” CO collects some of the Client’s personal data, such as name, surname, legal and living address, e-mail address and telephone numbers (fixed and mobile), as well as such mandatory information, as birth date, passport data etc. Aforementioned personal data assists in Clients identification and in case of necessity taking appropriate measures, provided by RA law “On control over money-laundering and terrorism financing” and other laws. “Fastronom” CO does not disclose or sell private information, provided by Clients. The system can use Client’s private data for his password recovery, to establish contact with Client in the case of act of God, to inform Client about changes and amendments in “Fastronom” IPS and other cases, defined by “Fastronom” CO regulations and working procedures. In no other circumstances private data, provided by Client to “Fastronom” CO, is transferred to the third parties, with the exception of violation of the Public contract, concluded between Client and the system, and/or cases, provided by legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Security

“Fastronom” CO protects Client’s private data, registered in the “Fastronom” IPS, against unauthorized intrusion, usage and/or disclosure. Client’s private data and all financial operation are protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – 128-bit encoding with highest security level, which guarantees 100% secure information transfer from Client to the server and back, excluding any third party’s intervention.

Changes notification

“Fastronom” CO has right to make changes in this “Information privacy document” for the reason of increasing system’s performance quality. “Fastronom” CO undertakes to inform Client about changes in rules and limitations of Client’s private data usage by the system at least 15 days prior to committing these changes.
